If you also love peppers, you must absolutely try them with the Fassone burgers, the combination is perfect!
Every morning we mince and press our selected pure bovine meat to prepare fresh and genuine Fassone Piemontese burgers, quick to prepare and suitable for any occasion. Today we offer them together with peppers, the undisputed protagonists of seasonal vegetables.
Wash the peppers, dry them well and arrange them in a pan. Put them in the oven with the grill function for about half an hour. Once removed from the oven, put them in a paper bag. Remove the skin, seeds and filaments and place them on a plate.
Separately prepare a chopped garlic and anchovies to which you will have to add about 3 tablespoons of oil. Pour the mixture over the peppers and let them rest while you dedicate yourself to the hamburger.
Remove the hamburger from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before cooking it so it won’t be too cold inside and cooking will be more homogeneous.
Heat the griddle or pan for a few minutes before starting the burger cooking, only in this way can you get the fantastic crust that makes the burgers even more succulent.
Cook about 4 minutes per side, this way the meat won’t dry out too much. If you love well-cooked meat, prolong cooking, but we advise you not to exceed 5 minutes per side, if instead you are a lover of rare cooking, 2 minutes per side will be sufficient.
The flame: do not cook over a brisk flame, the risk is to cook the outside too quickly and leave the inside raw. Gradual cooking is better.
When the burger is cooked, transfer it to a plate (or a nice slice of bread) and cover it with the peppers! The result is not bad!
