    Tender lean slices of veal, wrapped around a soft slice of bacon and fresh flavorings. Fassona slices are a great choice if you are looking for a tasty and quick dish. These are tender and lean slices of Fassone Piemontese rolled around a soft slice of bacon, all flavored with sage and other aromatic herbs.

    To prepare the slices of fassone, all you have to do is heat a pan, add them and brown them quickly over high heat. Then blend with white wine, cover with the lid and continue cooking for a few minutes.

    In 5 minutes you can serve them, on the outside they will form a delicious crust, while inside they will remain pink and juicy. Special tip: before browning the slices, put them in a pan. They will stay even creamier!
