A second course that combines chicken, bacon and mustard for an irresistible mix of flavors. After beating the chicken slices with a meat mallet, cut them into strips approximately 4 or 5 cm wide.
Sprinkle each slice with mustard and spread 1 or 2 slices of bacon on it. Roll each slice so that the bacon stays on the outside. Stop each chicken and bacon mustard roulade using a toothpick.
Take a pan, put it on the stove and fry a little oil with the butter, onion and bay leaves. Also brown the rolls in the pan for about 5 minutes. After adding salt and pepper, wet the rolls with white wine and cook for a couple of minutes.
