The baked pork steak is a tasty and simple second course. First, arrange the slices of meat on two sheets of parchment paper and beat them lightly to flatten them.
In a bowl, mix the beer with the juice and zest of half a lemon, add 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Arrange the meat in a plastic bag (or two) and cover with the marinade. Let the meat rest in a cool place for at least 30 minutes but you can leave it for an hour.
Grease a baking dish with the remaining oil, remove the chops from the marinade and lay them down without overlapping. Wet the bottom with a spoonful of liquid taken from the marinade. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes, stirring the meat halfway through cooking. Serve immediately.
